Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Home Appliances Service & Repair platform. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before availing any of our services. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms:

1. Service Charges

  • A one-time visiting & inspection charge of ₹250 is applicable for every service call.
  • Inspection charges will be waived off if the customer proceeds with the repair and purchases appliance parts or services from us.
  • The final cost of service may vary based on the appliance issue, required repairs, and spare part replacements.

2. Diagnosis & Estimate

  • After inspection, our technician will provide a diagnosis of the problem and an estimated cost of parts and labor.
  • No repair will be initiated without prior customer approval.

3. Spare Parts

  • We use genuine, compatible, or high-quality parts depending on customer preference and availability.
  • The cost of spare parts will be separate from the service charge and will be clearly communicated before installation.

4. Warranty

  • We offer a 30-day service warranty on the labor provided.
  • Spare parts may carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand and product.
  • Warranty becomes void if:
    • The appliance is mishandled after repair.
    • Unauthorized service is performed post our visit.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made immediately upon service completion via cash, UPI, or other agreed modes.
  • Any delay in payment may attract additional charges or denial of future service.

6. Appointment & Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling, we request at least 4 hours prior notice.
  • If a technician arrives and the service is not availed, the ₹250 inspection charge remains payable.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure someone is present at the time of service.
  • Clear access must be provided to the appliance to avoid delays or damage.
  • Customers must disclose if the appliance is under warranty or has been repaired previously.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While our technicians take utmost care, we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing issues in the appliance
    • Data loss in smart appliances
    • Electrical or plumbing faults unrelated to the appliance

9. Service Availability

  • Services are currently available within Kolkata city limits.
  • Any service required outside the serviceable area will be subject to additional charges and availability.

10. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to deny service in cases of unsafe environments, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with our terms.
